Ultimately, I’m motivated to enable harmonious and successful businesses. They are real, and they are beautiful—and they come from having strategic alignment!
I’ve worked in an office where people were happy, productive, and brought their full selves to work. Individuals at all levels understood the business’s strategic direction and how they fit in. People were happy. The business succeeded. It was beautiful. But there were no problems to solve, and I was bored.
That’s the problem with me—I like problems. But I like meaningful problems! I get joy from the process of using intuition and instincts to evaluate ideas and plans, and to provide actionable guidance and roadmaps. I enjoy people and can quickly determine how to motivate, rejuvenate, or build teams to enact positive, impactful change. I utilize these skills in service of helping businesses resolve the tough challenges in sales enablement and effectivenss that seem unsolvable in hopes of creating the kind of great work environments that people love to work in.
